People at the reception nice and helpfull, the room was clean and very comfortable. Fridge, microwave. 30 min. To Manhattan with van which was 2.5 usd. Better than expected. Overall a great value for money
Well I enjoyed everything, but from what I heard the area is not safe. It is most populated with hispanic persons, but they seemed nice persons. I was there with my girlfriend for 5 days had absolute no problem.

It was one of the worst experiences I have endured at a lodging. It is poorly maintained . The room lacked the microwave oven advertised and the air conditioner was in poor repair making th e roomier uncomfortable. Towels were poor and other amenities non existent. In short it is a pit.

Nothing, this motel is just for group of people to drink for the night. Do not choose this motel if you are traveling.

Broken drawers (no bottom); no hangers, no coffee, no tea, no drinking water, toilet paper was on the bathroom floor (the holder was broken); brown colored dirt (shit?!) on the bathroom wall; bedside lamp is missing (someone stole it? There was a hole on the wall where the lamp was supposed to be); both the security lock and the normal lock on the door were broken (we could not lock the door while sleeping); the air conditioner was not working, room smells awful, both chairs have disgusting stains on the covers…couldn’t believe this is a hotel in a first world country! We booked this hotel from Booked.net as we trusted Booked.net so much for the quality of the hotels which can get on to this website.

It was clean, quiet, and a pleasent experience.
The rooms were crooked and the neighborhood was a little sketchy but at no point did we feel unsafe.

Leaving the hotel was the best part! It was a horrible hotel and experience for me and my family!
Everything was dirty and the staff was extrememly rude. There were bugs and nasty hookers everywhere! Will never stay there again!!

The only thing good about the hotel was the free internet service.
I didn't like that the room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was extremely dirty and the floors were not swept or vacuumed. I was not given the right room to begin with. I had to return so I can get the room I payed for. I asked for a non smoking room and I still got a room that was obviously a smoking room. I didn't even have a remote for the TV and the beds were really hard and the covers had dirt on top of them from the floor. I could tell the room was not cleaned properly at all. I had found trash from whoever was there before like papers and dirt. The door was not secure and did not lock from the inside. It also had holes in it like it was previously a bathroom door instead of a regular door. I will never go back!

Location and cost were the only good things. Paid half the money I would to stay in the city on a Saturday night and was10 min from canal street(favorite place to park and explore the city). Unfortunately I did not feel my car was safe while sleeping. Also you have to ask the front desk for everything like a remote and a small bag of ice(yes bag of ice...there are no ice buckets)

well i didnt like the bedbugs but they sure loved me
had to spend money on rat traps so they wouldnt eat all our food, killed several cockroaches, then the bedbugs started, cleaned out my suitcase and found rat turds. the management turned off the outside lights every night. and the maintenance issues were all over the place..i would not reccommend this place to anyone including my ex.

Nothing, the hôtel is far from what is described on booking .com
The hotel is in the middle of a highway and a trail way. It's not possible to sleep especially béa aise there are tons of trucks passing by during the night and at least 4 trains. The door of the room let wind and cols to pass, and we had to ask about extra blankets. The is no breakfast served. You need to go by car to Any nearest restaurant at least 1 km, and this is ont possible to do it walking as this is a highway. My advise: Avoid it as much as you can even if the price seems intresting
